Marketing

The marketing department is responsible for all marketing research. Research is essential to understand the consumer needs and also to identify the market for the service that the we provide. Our Marketing team also helps to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the business and our competitors.

Development

The dev team is responsible for developing the product applications. The direction is appointed by the Project Manager on what tasks to work on and how the project should be quarterbacked. Working together we all interact and coordinate with each team members.

Design

The design team is 1responsible for providing design direction and design artifacts to the dev team to put into the product. Direction from the Head of Design lead on what tasks to work on and how tasks should be handled. The commonly interact with the dev lead to ensure designs are followed. Coordinations with all other team members, but their direction should ultimately come from Head of Design.

Sales

Selling is one of the major forms of communication and customer acquisition in our company’s marketing promotion strategy. The primary duties include identifying and contacting prospects, delivering sales presentations, closing deals and managing existing customer relationships.

Virtual Postions

Virtual teams present different challenges and opportunities from those of an onsite team. Radical trust and good communication are crucial between managers and employees who don’t see each other with any regularity, and while it may sound daunting, hiring the right people—employees who are trustworthy and strong communicators—is the first step.
